Averaging over 150 claims per week and growing, AWRS Claims is a steady source of business for our entire franchise network. 

 

Your Custom Website & Email

Customers come to you! As part of our start-up package, every AWRS franchise has its own branded website and email backed with pay-per-click, search engine optimization and analytics. Our continuing brand awareness initative plus national advertising campaigns have customers calling on you for wheel repair. With our mobile reconditioning facilities, franchisees have the option to service the general public directly at their home or place of business or direct them to the auto service drive or tire store where a mobile reconditioning facility is stationed.    

 

Customer Retention and Remarketing Programs    

Our franchisees enjoy  revenue by selling the wheel repair services; PLUS full use of our awrs warranty card customer retention software free of charge. 

How it works:

Each AWRS lifetime warranty is registered  by the consumer at our web portal www.awrswarranty.com.


The registration captures customer information such as name, email, address, vehicle information. This information is used by our marketing department to remarket our brand to customers and triggers a monthly online newsletter for 12 months to the consumer.
AWRS franchisees can select service special coupons from within the software that are attached to the monthly newsletter. This is just another way to benefit from the relationship with AWRS and help  keep customers coming back for additional purchases.
