Industry Leadership The AWRS network currently dominates the market for cosmetic enhancement. Its marketing strategy leads a Franchise Network that directs the Franchise Owner in hiring and training technicians to service a variety of automotive accounts, including auto dealers, collision shops and tire store, each within an exclusive territory. These accounts subsequently outsource their wholesale and retail work to their local AWRS technician. Wholesale markets include used car departments of major dealerships, auto auctions, rental car fleets and insurance companies. We retail our service by establishing business relationships with hundred's of Service Departments in Auto Dealers, Collision/Body Shops and even Tire Stores, who regularly up-sell our services. Certainly the newfound profit is important to them but it is the Quality of the Repair and our Limited Life Time Warranty that captures the desire for these markets to represent the AWRS Services.
Comprehensive Technical, Sales, & Marketing Support Our training department will take you and your technicians though our comprehensive 2 week classroom and field training program. This training is conducted at the corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. We also train at many of our company's authorized training centers in the UK, Australia or at a Master Franchise location. Once training is completed, an AWRS Field Operations Manager will travel to your location where they will: provide Territory Sales & Marketing Training, provide a Competitive Analysis & Business Planning approach, establish your Territory Routing System, provide Field Technical Training and conduct actual field demonstrations. This manager is also a Master Certified Technician that will be on-site to ensure your first wheel repairs are of the quality and standards required to satisfy the most demanding of customers.
You are not alone The Company proudly provides on-going forums to learn and grow from the network. There are Regional Seminars, Annual Company Conventions, On-Line Chat Rooms and a Franchise Council. These are all part of the AWRS plan to link you with your peers so everyone can prosper. Newly developed Franchisee Committees also offer management tips to the network and, with the company advertising fund, provide opportunities to co-develop sales techniques, marketing strategies, and other operational standards.

A Limited number of Franchise Territories remain We have sold over 115 Franchises in a short five years. One third of the 115 Franchisees own more than one territory. The 124 Franchisees employ over 400 technicians to service the exclusive territories. The company offers a graduated Franchise fee system that starts as low as 15k, plus a $12,800 equipment package and the cost of our MRF. Master Franchises, Area Development and Co-Brand Franchises are available in most overseas markets. AWRS has a Business Strategy Plan, which establishes a goal of 1,000 AWRS facilities, including fixed base operations, by 2012.
